Surprise: Beyonce' drops self titled album without a warning on Friday the 13th!

There's definitely a new Jason in town and he's a she, hunney! Beyonce' dropped her self titled album "Beyonce" via iTunes with no promotion, marketing or warning on Dec 13th.  Which was also "Friday The 13th".  Talk about scary!  She damaged the charts and went platinum within two days.  Pure awesomeness! She didn't only drop an album you could hear but also an album you could see.  Yes, she dropped a visual album too. WERK! Let's get into why this was absolutely awesome.  First, we didn't event know it was coming.  Like half the weather we get but let's not get into that.  We have BIGGER fish to fry like why didn't we get the hint.  Let's get into the hints that were given to tell us she was working on something,

1. That hair cut (you know the pixie cut that she posted on IG)
2. The leak of "Grown Woman" video
3. The "Calendar" shoot… mmmhmmm
4. That bob cut
5. (And last but not least) The "Bow Down/Been On" record

Come on guys we learned about context clues in elementary school.  We got caught slipping, in real life!  If you are like me you are still looking at the videos and listening to the songs to see what else is hidden in this wonderful work of art.

Beyonce' let's us into her heart, mind, soul and bedroom.  Yes, I said bedroom! Or maybe, I should've said kitchen, car, bathroom and beach.  I guess that's why Jay Z said "my beach is better".  Beyonce' talks about surfing and we all know you can only surf at the beach. *side eye* (lol)  Woooochile… she definitely surprised some of us with this "Grown Woman" talk.  I really wasn't surprised.  I was more so like "bout damn time girl shoot, I been on".  Pun was made and intended!

Recap: Timberland "Teddy Fleece Boot" Social Release w/ Tiara LaNiece! (Sponsored By: Absolute Tune)

In the month of October, we toured three (3) cities for the release of the Timberland "Teddy Fleece" Boot.  We started our tour in Baltimore, MD.

October was a good month.  We partnered with Timberland and Absolute Tune to bring The City of Baltimore a well "tuned" event.  We had cocktails, snacks, refreshments and live music by DJ Angelbaby from 92 Q.  DJ Angelbaby also, mixes during "Pretty Girl" Radio on DTLRradio.fm.

The city came out to support such a awesome event.  Including radio personalities, record label reps, DTLR staff & Directors, Timberland reps and one big surprise to Tiara LaNiece was Glenn Gainer (DTLR President).

After, Baltimore with went to Richmond,  VA then we headed to Chicago, IL.  Being the face of the new Timberland "Teddy Fleece" Boot was a blessing.  I am grateful and I look forward to working with the brand in the near future.  Also, I would like to thank everyone who supported me on this tour.   I am so grateful!

The event was put together for college students to meet and network.  The host job was to encourage them (students) to start their school year off with a bang.  The event took place on the first official day of class.  The event began at 5pm with music acts and renters insurance information from All State.  All brought to by The Keenan System and DJ Flow.

All State was the official sponsor for "The Mixx", giving free quotes for renters insurance for those students who live on campus.  Along with DTLR Radio, who supplied free CD's, DVD's and Backpacks!!!!!!!!

The event was popping to say the least.  Giveaways that included Chipotle gift cards, RedBull drinks, backpacks, music and so much more. 

The event took place on Northwood Baseball Field (Argonne Drive) across from Morgan State University in Maryland.

This event was open to all college students for example.  Towson, Goucher, Coppin, Bowie, BCCC, CCBC, Morgan, Loyola and more...

Soul singer "Marcell Russell" releases a visual for his single "Safe".  Marcell Russell is a Baltimore native who has accomplished many things in his music career. He's been nominated for numerous awards and blessed with a lot of accolades. 

This song "Safe" represents life and it's obstacles.  The visual stars model/actor/radio personality "Tiara LaNiece".  We try to leave the full idea of the video's interpretation to you.  "It is here an ambitious portrayal of individuals suffering from doubts and fears in the world until they decide to settle down and be "safe" in a committed relationship.  It's deep if you look deeper than the surface.  Enjoy" says the director Keston DeCoteau.

Lip Smack Cover Girl: Tiara LaNiece "The Face Of Lip Smack"?

A few weeks ago, there were a few "Behind The Scenes" photos released and now we have the finished work.  Lip Smack (Jspot Beauty) chose this photo as their "FACE"!  Honored and very appreciative is what I am.

Bold ~ showing or requiring a fearless daring spirit, Sassy ~ distinctively smart and stylish and last but not least Fearless ~ free from fear (Brave).  All those words describe me in different parts of my life's journey.  I am blessed to have reached a point in my life where I know the meaning to those words but to actual exude the characteristics describe on this ad, feels awesome.  We've all been tried and tested but to over is truly, Bold, Sassy and Fearless.
